Even as a child, Jacob Urda, D.O. knew he wanted two achieve two things from his future career – to help people and to continue learning. As a family medicine physician managing a broad spectrum of patients and conditions at the White-Wilson Family Medicine Clinic in Crestview, he feels he has reached his goals. In addition to keeping up with the latest developments and methods of health care, Dr. Urda also enjoys using the information he has learned over the years to educate his patients. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, before completing his residency in Family Medicine at Manatee Memorial Hospital, also in Bradenton. Following his formal education, Dr. Urda received board-certification from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and entered practice where he specializes in preventive care, wellness exams, and the treatment of hypertension, cholesterol and chronic illnesses.
